CouriEr or DROP OFF
At B2BImages we are more than happy for you to bring your products to the studio and discuss your photography needs over a tea or coffee. This is a great opportunity for us to review the product in person and discuss with you what you would like to achieve from your images . Alternatively you can post or courier your items to the studio via your preferred method. Once the shoot is complete we will return them to you if required.
Photography
We will prepare and shoot your products using our state of the art lighting, capture, & AI learning technology, to the highest of industry standards, within an agreed timeframe and cost. Once this is done they will be loaded onto a private webpage for you to view and pay. Once payment has been made you will receive an email with a download link, so your images can be with you within minutes.
Return
Should you require your products to be returned, you can of course collect direct from our studio or we can arrange at your cost for a postal or courier service to drop them back. It may also be possible depending on logistics and location for us to collect and drop the items back to you as we do for some of our clients that have ongoing workflows. Where possible we will try to use the same Packaging that the item was delivered in to cut down on waste.

Are the images ready to load up to Amazon?
Yes all the images are supplied in 2000 by 2000 pixel square format. This is ideal for the Amazon site. They may have to named to your specific coding if required we can do this for you.
Are the images retouched?
Yes, although we prepare your items for photography beforehand, the cameras are very acute at picking up pieces of dust or flaws in labels etc. For this reason we do a two step process where your items are cleaned beforehand and the image is then retouched to eliminate any dust, scratches, label flaws etc. We would ask you to check labels and things before sending your items, it saves time and money in the long run,
Will the images be on a white background?
All the images that need to be on a white background will be. Not all images have to be on a white but the hero image does. The background will be 255 across the red, green and blue colour channels. This is done as standard by us so no need to worry.
What is the process?
The first step is to make contact with us and let us know you would like to use our services. We will then e.mail you a form which you can fill out online and send back to us, this process should take about 5 minutes. Then drop off or courier your item into the studio. If models are required we will need to take a deposit to engage their services. Once the images are done they will be loaded online for your approval and full payment. Once payment has been made you will be sent an electronic link to download them, this normally happens within 5 minutes of payment.
